판교 테크노밸리에 위치한 SK 플래닛 본사 사옥은 비행장과 가까운 대지의 여건상 일반적인 고층 오피스의 형식이 아닌 낮고 길게 펼쳐지는 유형을 가지는데, 그로 인해 자연스레 대지의 형상이 전체건물의 형태에 많은 부분 영향을 준 결과이다. 대지는 동측에 탄천을 바로 면함으로써 좋은 조망을 가지고 있으며, 이는 또한 테크노밸리의 중심부에서 가장 쉽게 인지될 수 있는 조건을 가지고 있음을 의미한다. The SK Planet headquarters building located in Pangyo Techno Valley has a low and long spread out rather than a typical high-rise office due to the site conditions close to the airfield. As a result, the shape of the site naturally influenced the shape of the entire building in a large part. The site has a good view as it faces Tancheon on the east side, which also means that it has the most easily recognizable conditions in the center of the Techno Valley. well.

약간 휘어진 대지의 모양에 따라 건물 전체는 '공간 다발space bundle'의 개념을 가지고 몇 개의 공간들이 탄천변으로 방향성을 가지고 돌진하는 모습을 하고 있다. 이는 진취직이고 스피디한 IT기업의 정체성에 잘 부합하며 실제적으로 '공간 다발'의 끝에는 사내 구성원들의 커뮤니티 장소로 이용될 수 있도록 2-3개층 높이의 전면 유리 커튼월 아트리움이 계단과 테라스를 통해 서로 서로 엮어 있는 모습을 띈다. 이는 커뮤니티를 가장 중요시 하는 기업의 이미지가 외부에서도 가장 잘 드러나는 부분이다. According to the slightly curved shape of the land, the whole building has the concept of a 'space bundle' and several spaces rush towards the Tancheon side. At the end of the 'Bundle of Space', a 2-3 storey high glass curtain wall atrium is interwoven with each other through stairs and terraces so that it can be used as a community space for in-house members. 아트리움의 반대편에서 시작해 미묘하게 갈라지는 매스들을 부각하고 에너지 절약과 일사에 따른 양호한 업무환경을 위해 입면에 붙은 석재와 금속이 조합 된 커튼월 요소는 방향에 따라 단면 프로파일을 달리한다. 1층의 계단식 공간은 탄천변으로 형성된 공개공지와 연계되어 공공성과 개방감을 제공한다. Starting from the opposite side of the atrium, the curtain wall element, which is a combination of stone and metal attached to the facade, has a different cross-sectional profile depending on the direction to highlight the subtly split masses and to save energy and a good work environment according to solar radiation.
