존치된 콘크리트 저수조의 구조 모듈이 새로 들어설 사무동의 구조적, 공간적 스팬이 되도록 하여 대지의 흔적을 입체적으로 드러낸다. 물이 담겨있던 수조는 썬큰 가든이 되어 다양한 프로그램을 담는다. pc슬래브를 통해 시공성을 높이고 수도사업소의 여타의 건물들과 같이 기능적인 입면을 그대로 드러낸다. The structural module of the existing concrete water tank becomes the structural and spatial span of the new office building, revealing traces of the land in three dimensions. The tank containing water becomes a sunken garden and contains various programs. The PC slab improves constructability and reveals a functional façade like other buildings in the waterworks office.
