기존 보건소와 외부공간으로 서로 연결하는 긴 회랑을 구성하여 두 시설간의 유기적 이용을 고려한다. 결과적으로 건물은 양쪽에서 주차와 마을방향에서의 보행 모두에서 접근을 배려한 긴 행정복지센터이다. 배치는 보건소와 함께 전체적으로 T자를 형성하며 외부공간을 기능적으로 나눈다. 회랑이 있는 면은 유리로 마감하여 행정복지센터의 투명성을 높이고, 반대편 비닐하우스 밭이 즐비한 면으로는 비닐하우스의 반투명한 물성과 빛을 산란하는 우윳빛에 맞춰 입면재료를 아노다이징 금속을 적용하였다. 대지경계에 맞춰 자잘하게 나뉜 덩어리는 자연스레 마을의 스케일에 맞춰 분절된다. Designed to breathe with its surroundings, the new Administrative Welfare Center uses a long corridor to bridge the gap between the existing health center and the outdoors. This layout creates a T-shaped ensemble that intuitively organizes the site while welcoming visitors from every direction—whether arriving by car or on foot from the village. While the glass-clad corridor reflects the center’s openness, the opposite side pays homage to the local landscape. Inspired by the soft, diffused light of the surrounding vinyl greenhouses, the facade is wrapped in anodized metal to replicate that same milky, translucent aesthetic. By breaking the building into smaller segments that follow the site's natural edges, the structure avoids overwhelming its neighbors, settling comfortably into the village's modest scale.
